had an interview on friday. okay lahh. i was freakingly scared at ferst. i cudnt tink of ans to their qns. these ar how i really felt about th qns.
Do eu think eu ar qualified to be an ex-co?
i dunno. if eu guys tink tt im good enuff den im good enuff. 'sry. but im not good ard selling myself.
Whart ar yr strength?
how am i suppose to know? i dun self-praise.
Whart ar yr weaknesses?
well, firstly, its very hard for me to get th attention of th band. seriously. th band is just not focus. they told me tt i have to be firm. scold means scold. but i SUCK ard scolding. i'll get affected if i skol sumone. its jux my nature. =( but i guess i have to be firm thn.
Whart if one day priscilia did sumthg wrong? Wud eu skol her?
oh god. tt is th question i fear most. but i have to be firm. perhaps i wont skol, i'll use th soft approach. if soft approach cn work very well with my section, im confident it cn work fr th band. our band respond bettr to soft approach.
Whart if eu happen to be th Band Major and priscilia is jealous of eu?
well, tt has definately happen bfr. let jux say i noe how to handle her.

How do eu build up th trumpet section? Wud eu leave it to th section leader or will eu be their foster mother?

definately build up th band spirit. THE BAND IS DEAD. thy cum, thy complain, thy leave. if thy have th spirit, thy'll have commitment. when thy have commitment, thy'll work hard. n when thy work hard, WE GET GOLD WITH HONOURS FR SYF! YAY.
