okay. i know this sounds petty.. but what are blogs for right?
ARGHH!!
my sis spilled coffee all over the table & she refuse to admit she did it. & now my mum thinks I DID IT. urghhh. can you believe it? i mean, have some pride & just admit what you did wrong laa. aiyo. sigh. well, if there's one thing i learnt from the monsterous mr anthony chew is that admiting what you did wrong, actually makes you feel better. i mean, if you look around you, how many people actually dare to admit defeat/their mistakes? hpmm.. pondering.
a few months back, me & my other fellow band members were appointed to help run & facilitate the 3-day primary school band camp 2007 - participated by primary school band members from the west-zone schools in singapore. i was the head student leader & of course, great power comes great responsibility. well, let's just say that our dear mr chew has quite a handful of enemies. as a result, we, his students had to be very careful not to leak out ANYTHING within the four walls of the band room. well, something happened & it backfired. thus, we were called in by the director & yupps, we got a hell of a scolding. in the middle of the director's very interesting speech, she suddenly yelled, MISS 'A' ALSO MENTIONED *@!^%#@, NOW I WANT TO KNOW, WHO'S IDEA WAS IT? hahah. yupps. you guess it. it was mine. remembering what was told by you-know-who, i raised my arm & said,"it was mine, mam." & to my surprise, she smiled. at first i tought she xiao, laugh for no reason. budden, after the camp, one of the teacher actually came to me & said that the director was more than happy by the conduct of our school's representatives & she said i was very responsible for my actions & i let them well. I LET THEM WELL. hahah! see. admiting your mistakes doesnt make you smaller. in fact, it makes you look courageous & responsible. ( did i meantion she said i let them well? :D) so the next time you did something wrong, never be afraid to own up. who knows, it might go your way. *winks(:
